ONLINE OFFICIALS EVALUATION

Select the option that best describes your evaluation of the crew or individual official. This evaluation should be based solely on the performance of the official during the one game you identify below.   Any previous experience with the crew, or the individual officials being evaluated should not be taken into consideration.  The six areas to evaluate are:

Rule Knowledge - were the rules correctly, and consistently administered and applied?
Mechanics - was the official in good position, give signals, and work well as team?
Poise - was the official neatly dressed and properly equipped?
Judgment - was the judgment of the official consistent and fair?
Physical Condition - did the official "hustle" to get into position to make the call?
Courage - was the official authoritative, and effectively keep control of the game?
Space is provided near the bottom of the form, for any specific comments, or suggestions you may have. Your comments are especially helpful in understanding your rating.
